What if my pet is nervous or reactive?
Tell us when you book. We go slow, take breaks, and may recommend a shorter first visit. Safety for pets and people always comes first.
How do I pay?
Pay at the appointment — cash or card on site. There is no online checkout in booking today. Prices are based on the size you select; if the pet’s size does not match, we may adjust the price to the correct size.
What if I need to cancel?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled work.
Do you groom cats?
Yes. We offer gentle cat-friendly visits in the van. Mention temperament and coat needs when you book.
Do I need to be home?
Someone 18+ should be available to hand off the pet and approve the service. You don’t need to watch the whole groom.
What about weather?
Light rain is usually fine — we work in the van. Severe storms or unsafe roads may mean we reschedule with you.
